Protect your rights! Tell Henrietta Town Board NO to changing the Special Use Permit law.

The Town Board is proposing to change the Special Use Permit law by:

1. Lowering the 30-day requirement to 12 days

2. Removing the prerequisite of a complete application to be submitted before a Public Hearing, and

3. Eliminate the need to fill out a description of the project, including informing the public about the specific use of the property.

 

With Planned Parenthood (PP) and other nefarious companies looking to come into Henrietta, we need the full 30 days to:  

1. Discover their request,

2. Study the proposal,

3. Prepare a solid argument to sway the board to vote with us, and

4. Time to inform and rally people to stand with us. 

By signing the petition, you are telling the Town Board that you are standing with us.
